Caloosa, Palm Beach Gardens

Caloosa is a residential equestrian community sprawling over nearly 1,900 acres of land located in unincorporated Northern Palm Beach County, but often described as part of the City of Palm Beach Gardens.

Caloosa’s main attraction for homeowners and homebuyers is the amount of land it offers - 5 acres per plot! And, of course, the love of horses. A 32-acre horse park in the heart of Caloosa includes riding rings, a jump course, cross-country course, and multiple riding areas. The community uses water wells and septic tanks, and local services include police and fire department, as well as trash pickup.
