Magnolia Bay, Palm Beach Gardens

Magnolia Bay is a small private gated community located in one of the most enviable locations in the city of Palm Beach Gardens. It’s comprised of 187 single-family homes, townhouses, and villas (formally townhouse but single-story) built in 2004 and arranged around a central lake shaped like a spear-wielding hunter on an ancient cave painting (see the map below).

Homes in Magnolia Bay commonly feature scenic water views, summer kitchens, covered lanais, and private swimming pools.

Magnolia Bay is conveniently located near everything that a resort-style living requires, from exquisite boutiques, to top-rated dining, to beautiful shorelines of the town of Juno Beach, and with easy access to the highways (but without the noise) and far enough from the railroad.
