If you love the ocean and prefer the conveniences of condominium living to owning and maintaining a stand-alone house, there is scarcely any real estate property in Jupiter and the rest of the Palm Beaches that can compare with Bluffs Ocean North and Bluffs Ocean South. These two gated condo communities are quite literally oceanfront communities with magnificent, unfettered views of the Atlantic Ocean. Imagine waking up every morning to be greeted by the orange flaming disk of the rising sun! Open the sliding doors and let the ocean breeze fill the room!

All condos in Bluffs Ocean are 2-bedroom 2-bathroom with 1,385 square feet of AC-ed living space. The Bluffs Ocean North condos consist of 120 units in four buildings facing southeast, towards the rising sun. The Bluffs Ocean South condos consist of 198 units in seven buildings, placed in a horseshoe shape around a lake and facing the ocean. Prices in 2021 ranged from high $300K to high $600K, depending on the floor, view, and upgrades, with the median at just over $500K. Both gated communities are well maintained and have low homeowner association fees.

Dog lovers will find themselves frequently hanging out by the ocean, as this section of the beach is known as being "dog friendly."

Bluffs Ocean North and Bluffs Ocean South are part of a larger community, called the Bluffs of Jupiter, which also includes the Bluffs River, River North, Lakes, Marina, and Ridge. The Bluffs of Jupiter, built by DiVosta between 1984 and 1986, occupy over 300 acres of the most desirable beachside property.
