Botanica is a community of charming townhouses and single-family homes located in the very center of the town of Jupiter FL. You can enter the community from Military Trail at two points: from Indian Creek Parkway near the Publix at Sea Plum Plaza or a little further north, next to Jupiter Medical Center’s Outpatient Imaging Center. While Botanica is not technically part of Abacoa, it has a very similar feel and a warm atmosphere, welcoming families with small children, dog lovers, nature goers, bicycle riders, and other people of diverse backgrounds and walks of life. Botanica caters to a variety of tastes, from Key West style single-family homes, to Georgian-Federal style townhouses of Strathmoor at Botanica located in the center of the community, to Craftsman style townhomes along Botanica's main streets and in Botanica's Sandpiper Cove, to the 15 estate-sized homes overlooking the natural preserve in the northern part of the community called the Estates of Botanica.

The proximity of the Sea Plum shopping plaza is convenient for the residents of the neighborhood; besides the grocery store, it includes a Starbucks, bank, hair salon, nail spa, and a jiu-jitsu studio.

One of the biggest draws for homebuyers to Botanica is its beautifully calming Greenway, slicing through the community and wrapping around it. At Botanica’s north end, there is a large nature area, with wooden trails over marshy places, where you can often come across a gopher tortoise and occasionally spot a pair of Sandhill cranes.
