Paseos is a cozy string of communities ‘beaded’ onto Pennock Lane, stretching from Indian Creek Parkway and Toney Penna. It is located in the heart of Jupiter, one block west of Military Trail. The community, which was built in the mid-2000s, has 325 single-family homes, featuring lovely Mediterranean architecture.

Paseos has no townhouses or condos, only one or two-story single-family homes. Most homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms and are sized between 1,800 sqft and 3,000 sqft. Practically every house in Paseos Jupiter has a small backyard and many homes here have a private pool. Amenities available to the residents include a resort-style swimming pool, a clubhouse, a tennis court, a tot lot, and nature trails. Plus, there is a ton of beautiful green space between streets, providing a wonderful area for tossing a Frisbee or having a picnic and community gatherings on the lawn.
