Rialto is a gated residential community of one- and two-level stand-alone homes in the northwestern part of the Town of Jupiter.

This neighborhood’s overtly Mediterranean feel is meant to evoke the feeling of living in the relaxed, sun-bathed, generous, and congenial atmosphere of Southern Europe. But why go across the pond when we have it all here in the sunny South Florida?!

The 484 single-family homes in Rialto were built between 2008 and 2015 by Lennar Homes. Thoughtfully planned with the utmost comfort of residents in mind, Rialto’s 13 ponds and long winding sidewalks whiskered with brick-paved driveways give this community a walkable and neighborly character.

Rialto appeals to homebuyers with a varying range of tastes and budgets, as house sizes here range from one-level 3-bedroom/2-bathroom homes with 2,012 square feet under air to spacious 6-bedroom/5-bathroom two-story residences occupying 4,588 square feet of living space.

There are 15 different floor plans in Rialto. Let us know if you would like to see them.

Many Rialto homes have private swimming pools, covered lanais, summer kitchens, and grassy lawns that are great for entertaining guests.

Rialto’s expansive clubhouse offers a rich selection of activities for the community’s residents, including two tennis courts, a basketball court, fitness center, playground, a resort-style swimming pool with a hot tub, splash park, lounge for social gatherings nicely equipped with a kitchen and bar, and kids playroom.
