Rolling Hills and Indian Hills is a pair of beautiful waterfront communities in the coastal Village of Tequesta, located just east of Jupiter Hills Club, across US 1, on the part of the Intracoastal Waterway known as the Indian River Lagoon.

Rolling Hills is the gated side of these twin communities, with homes ranging from small to very generously sized, sitting on large lots, considering the terrifically prime location.            

Rolling Hills’ main attraction and its key selling point is access to the Intracoastal and the community dock. The white gazebo by the dock is a marvelous place to have your morning coffee or sip your evening tea.

The homes in the non-gated part, which is called Indian Hills, are positioned along a wishbone-shaped pair of roads.

Indian Hills in not gated because there is a small public beach at the very end of the community’s main street.
